基于学生满意度的信阳农林学院课堂教学效果调查

An Investigation on the Effect of Class Education in Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University Based on Students' Satisfaction

以信阳农林学院为例,对课堂教学效果学生满意度主要影响因子进行问卷调查,采用因子分析法对评价指标进行重要性-满意度分析。结果表明:信阳农林学院课堂教学效果学生总体满意度为3.164,处于"一般"与"满意"之间。专业技能和基本素养是影响学生满意度的主要因子。专业技能对学生满意度的影响程度最大,但满意度评价不高(2.983);基本素养是影响学生满意度的第二大因素,满意度得分为4.595。据调查结果,确定课堂教学改进的重点指标和次重点指标,为教师提高课堂教学效果提供借鉴和参考。

Taking Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University as an example, using factor analysis to find the influential factor of students’ satisfation and further analyse the importance-satisfaction of the evaluation indicator through questionnaire survey. The re？sult shows that：the overall students’ satisfation of the effect of class education in Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University is 3. 164. The degree is between general and satisfaction. The professional skill and the basic qualification of the teacher are the main factors which influence the students’ satisfaction. The professional skill causes the greateat influence on students’ satisfation, but gets low satisfaction rate（2. 983）, the basic qualification is the second factor which influence on students’ satisfation, gets high satisfaction rate （4. 595）. According to the results, the paper determines the key improving indicators and the second improving indicators of the class education. The main conclusions are useful and worth referring to the newly-established undergraduate course college.
