摘要
利用正交试验方法对新疆沙漠砂混凝土的力学性能进行了试验研究,考察了水胶比、灰砂比、沙漠砂替代率、粉煤灰掺量和减水剂对沙漠砂混凝土立方体劈裂强度的影响,并对试验结果进行了极差、方差和因素指标分析。试验结果表明,对于沙漠砂混凝土立方体劈裂强度,各因素的影响顺序为:水胶比A>灰砂比B>减水剂掺量E>粉煤灰掺量D>沙漠砂替代率C。最后通过拟合分析,得出沙漠砂混凝土立方体劈裂强度的计算公式。
Orthogonal test was applied to study the mechanical properties of concrete cube which using Xinjiang desert sand instead of river sand, and the influence of water-cement ratio, cement-sand ratio, desert sand content, fly-ash content and water reducing agent con- tent on the splitting strength of desert sand concrete was analyzed, meanwhile, the test results were analyzed according to range analysis, variance analysis and factor index Analysis.The test results show that the order of the influence of factors on the splitting strength of desert sand concrete cubes was water-binder ratio A〉cemeot-sand ratio B〉water-reducing agent E〉fly ash D〉desert sand replacement rate C.Finally, the calculation formula of splitting strength of desert sand concrete cube was obtained by fitting analysis.
