多因素影响下锂渣混凝土的组分优化分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了确定多因素综合影响下锂渣混凝土的最优配合比,以水胶比、锂渣掺量和细度为影响因素,设计了144个锂渣混凝土试块进行正交试验。利用极差和方差分析,分析各影响因素对锂渣混凝土抗压强度的影响,确定锂渣混凝土的最优配合比,通过回归分析推导锂渣混凝土抗压强度与水胶比、锂渣掺量和减水剂掺量的关系式,研究锂渣混凝土的配制方案。试验结果表明:各影响因素对抗压强度影响的顺序为水胶比>锂渣掺量>锂渣细度;锂渣混凝土的最优水胶比为0.342,最优锂渣掺量为20%,最优锂渣细度为7.5%;推导的回归方程相关性较好,能利用方程较好的计算出锂渣混凝土的材料用量。 In order to determine the optimal proportion of lithium slag concrete of the combined effects of multiple factors, 144 lithium slag concrte block were designed to do orthogonal test.The influence factors include water-cement ratio, mixing amount and fineness of lithium slag.Effects of each factor on the compressive strength of lithium slag concrete were analyzed, and the optimal ratio of lithium slag concrete were determined by range and variance analysis;the lithium slag concrete compressive strength and water-cement ratio ,mixing amount of lithium slag and mixing amount of water reducer relationship were derived by regression analysis, and preparation program of lithium slag concrete was studied.Experimental results show that the order of influence factors on compressive strength is water-cement ra- tio〉mixing amount of lithium slag〉lithium slag fineness.Optimal water cement ratio of lithium slag concrete is 0.342, the best mixing amount of lithium slag is 20%, optimal fineness of lithium slag is 7.5%.The correlation of the regression equation is good, and it can be used to calculate the amount of lithium slag concrete material.
