摘要
在夏季环境下,空气对流和太阳辐射是影响建筑外墙温度的两大主要因素。利用有限元分析软件,对玻化微珠保温砂浆外保温墙体在同时考虑夏季空气对流和太阳辐射情况下进行热结构耦合分析。计算结果表明:玻化微珠保温砂浆具有优良的保温性能;玻化微珠保温砂浆外保温墙体,无论其朝向如何,均能保持室内温度的稳定;不同朝向的玻化微珠保温砂浆外保温墙体,其外表面温度应力相差不大,且在保温层的温度应力较小。
Air convection and solar radiation are the two main factors that influence the temperature of building exterior wall in summer environment.The thermal-structure response of the exterior insulation systems with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar in sum- mer air convection and solar radiation is analyzed by finite analysis software.The calculation shows that the thermal insulation glazed hol- low bead mortar has excellent insulation properties.Whatever the wall toward, the exterior insulation systems with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar can maintain a stable indoor temperature.The surface temperature stresses of different location of walls are simi- lar, and the temperature stresses in thermal insulation layer are small.
