道路用无砂透水再生骨料混凝土成型工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了水胶比和成型工艺对道路用无砂透水再生骨料混凝土抗压强度和透水系数的影响。结果表明:随着水胶比、振动时间的增大,透水混凝土的抗压强度均先增大后减小,而透水系数却不断下降;随着成型压力的增加,抗压强度不断提高,而透水系数却不断减小。水胶比、振动时间以及成型压力分别为0.31、10 s与2.5 MPa时,透水混凝土的综合性能最佳。在最优参数下,可制备出满足轻型道路对抗压强度和透水系数要求的透水混凝土。 Effects of water-binder ratio and molding process on the properties of no-fines pervious concrete for road manufactured by re- cycled aggregate including compressive strength and permeation coefficient were studied.The results indicate compressive strength of pervious concrete is increased first and then decreased,while the permeation coefficient is constantly reduced with the augment of wa- ter-binder ratio and vibration time.The compressive strength was continually increased, while the permeation coefficient was constantly decreased, with the increase of molding pressure.Comprehensive performance of pervious concrete was optimal when water-binder ratio, vi- bration time and molding pressure were 0.31 s, 10 s and 2.5 MPa, respectively.The pervious concrete from optimum parameter could meet the requirements of light road on compressive strength and permeation coefficient.
