异种吊装设备抬吊大型构件在龙滩水电站的应用

Heterogeneous hoisting equipment lifting large structure in the application of Longtan hydropower station

针对龙滩水电站在进行大型部件吊装时,由于场地受限、部件结构特点等造成一般起重设备无法吊装的问题,尝试使用异种机械进行抬吊。经在龙滩水电站施工中多次验证,可使用200t汽车吊+双缆机抬吊、缆机+塔带机抬吊、缆机+顶带机抬吊等异种吊装设备之间配合抬吊,解决了单一起重设备无法满足大型构件吊装的需求,能够利用工地现有设备快速有效地进行吊装,对其他电站大型构件的吊装有很好的借鉴作用,值得推广和使用。

This article mainly aims at the Longtan hydropower station in large parts lifting,because the site is limited,the structure characteristics of its components caused by general hoisting equipment can＇t lifting problem,try to use heterogeneous mechanical lifting crane,repeatedly verified in the construction of Longtan hydropower station,the coordination with the use of 200 Tlifting crane and double cable crane,cable crane and towerbelt crane lifting machine,cable crane and top machine between heterogeneous hoisting equipment hoisting dissimilar hoisting equipment,to solve the single lifting equipment can＇t meet the needs of lifting large components,can use the existing site equipment quickly and effectively lifting,get some experience,is a good reference for hoisting the other power plants of large components,worthy of promotion and use.
