摘要
生命周期成本分析是一种确定方案最佳成本效果的方法。为辅助高校建设项目投资决策,采用生命周期成本分析方法,确定了两种结构形式的宿舍楼的生命周期成本,结果表明:在设计使用寿命内,使用年限越长,年生命周期费用越小;就多层宿舍楼而言,框架结构较之混合结构并未显示出经济性。
Life - Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) is a method to determine the most cost - effective option among different alternatives. In order to help in decision - making, two kinds of dormitories, located at a college campus,which are brick and concrete structure and frame structure were selected to perform a LCCA. To estimate the total life cycle ciated with acquiring, operating, maintaining, and costs of the buildings, the key cost elements asso- disposing of the dormitories were identified. The LCCA results indicate that the EUAC (Equivalent Uniform Annual Cost)will decrease with the build- ing service life;and the annual life cycle cost of the frame structure building is uneconomical than that of the brick and concrete structure.
