依托教师发展中心,提升青年教师课堂教学能力的研究与实践

Research and Practice to Enhance Young Teachers' Class Teaching Ability Relying on the Teacher Development Center

青年教师教学能力发展是高等学校教学质量建设的重要途径。本文分析了目前高校青年教师教学能力现状,借鉴国内外高校教师发展中心的先进经验,探索依托河海大学教师发展分中心,积极搭建教师教学交流平台,帮助青年教师进行教学职业生涯设计与规划,解决在教学实践中遇到的问题,全面提升青年教师课堂教学能力的研究与实践。

The development of young teachers＇ teaching ability is an important way to construct the teaching quality of colleges and universities. This thesis analyzes the current situation of young teachers＇ teaching ability in colleges and universities, learns the advanced experience from the teacher development center at home and abroad, explores the sub-center relying on Hohai University, actively builds a platform for the exchange of teaching, helps young teachers make their teaching career plan, solves problems encountered in the teaching practice and makes research and practice to enhance young teachers＇ class teaching ability.
