摘要
在唯分数论的应试教育体制下,通常对"后进生"产生片面认识,但在技工教育中,侧重于培养学生的职业道德和操作技能。对技工学生的综合评价方法与应试教育不同,所谓的"后进生"经过技能教育可转化为合格的技工人才。
In the examination-oriented education system, people usually have one-sided understanding of ''backward students''. Technician education focuses on the cultivation of students' professional ethics and operation skills, so the comprehensive evaluation methods of technician students are different from those in examination-oriented education. The so-called ''backward students'' can be transformed into qualified technicians after skills education.
