人才资源是第一资源、没有人才就没有中国的现代化、就没有中华民族的伟大复兴,就不能实现中华民族伟大的"中国梦"。欠发达地区高校由于受地理位置及经济条件的限制,在人才吸引方面处于劣势地位。因此,欠发达地区新建民办本科高校如何发挥自身特色和优势,将劣势转换为优势,成为其在人才发展过程中必须克服的难题。对于欠发达地区新建民办本科高校来说,首先应该认识到人才引进的必要性和重要性。

Talents are the most important resources. Without them, we would not have China＇s modernization and cannot realize our ＂Chinese Dream＂. Colleges in underdeveloped areas have been at disadvantages in talents introduction because of their regional limitations.
