摘要
通识教育是我国当前高等教育教学改革的方向,是一个针对人性教育的系统性工程。本文首先分析了建设中国本土化特色通识教育对全面提高人才培养质量的重要现实意义,提出了地方普通本科院校在通识教育发展中存在的理念认识误区和实施过程中出现的问题,然后从课程体系、师资队伍、教学方式、质量管理和分类评估四个方面对通识教育体系的构建提出一些自己的建议和对策。
General education is the reform direction of the current higher education teaching in China, and also a systematic engineering for humanity education. In this paper, it analyzed the important realistic significance for improving the quality of personnel training by general education construction of Chinese localization characteristics, and then put forward the concept misunderstanding and implementation problems during the general education developing process for local ordinary undergraduate colleges. At last, some suggestions and countermeasures were presented on the course system, teaching staff, teaching methods, quality management and classification evaluation for the construction of general education system.
