Exploration on the Strategies to Improve the Employment Competence of Poverty-stricken Students: A Case Study on Guangdong Vocational and Technical College

文章从培养经济困难大学生就业胜任力的重要性入手,主要分析了目前贫困生就业的现状和难就业的社会排斥等方面原因,根据工作经验总结,提出困难学生就业帮扶对策。呼吁社会各界关注和关心困难学生就业问题,在政策引领、就业指导和个人帮扶等方面加大工作力度,切实提升学生就业竞争力,拓宽经济困难学生就业竞争力路径。

Starting from the cultivation of the employment competence of poverty-stricken students, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the current poverty-stricken students＇ employment and the causes of their difficult employment. After summarizing relevant experience, this paper proposes the countermeasures to support them. This paper argues that all social sectors should pay attention to poverty-stricken students＇ employment, and enhance the relevant work from policy guidance, employment counseling and personal support, so as to feasibly improve their competitiveness in employment and expand the ways of their employment.
