关于我国高校“去行政化”改革的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Reform of "De-administration" in Higher Colleges of China

近年来,高校"行政化"问题逐渐被社会所关注,《教育规划纲要》将高校"去行政化"作为一项重要任务,积极探索建立符合中国高校特点的管理制度和配套政策。然而,在"去行政化"的道路上面临诸多困境。如何更好地推进高校"去行政化"改革,成为政府和高校双方共同面对的难题。

In recent years, ＂administrative＂ in higher colleges has been of concern for society and the education program, the higher colleges take ＂administration＂ as an important task and actively explore the establishment conforms to the characteristics of institutions of higher learning in China＇ management system and the supporting policies. However, in the the road of ＂go to the executive＂ that faces many difficulties. How to better promote the reform of the higher colleges ＂to the administrative＂, a common problem will be faced by both the government and the higher colleges.
