"三位一体"继续教育模式即由高职学校、企业与师资培训机构共同建立起继续教育基地,对高职院校教师开展继续教育的新型模式,"三位一体"继续教育模式的构建是提升高职院校教育质量的有效举措,也能够为教师的个人发展提供良好的依托。本文主要对高职院校教师学院-基地-企业"三位一体"继续教育模式的构建进行深入的阐述。

The continuing education mode of ＂trinity＂ is a new mode for the higher vocational colleges, enterprises and teach-ing training organizations to mutually build up the continuing education base and carry out continuing education for the highercollege teachers. It is an effective measure to improve the education quality for the higher vocational colleges and lay a solidsupport for the individual development of the teachers. This paper makes a deep analysis to the construction of ＂trinity＂ contin-uing education mode of college - base - enterprise for teachers in higher vocational colleges.
