大一新生的适应性程度将对大学的学习生活产生重要的影响,分析其适应程度及影响因素将有重要的现实意义。调查研究显示,大学新生的个性特征及外部环境因素共同影响新生的适应性情况。高校可以通过完善入学教育、加大家庭经济困难学生的支持力度和不断提升新生的人际交往技巧,来不断提高大学新生的适应性。

The quality of freshmen＇adaptation will strongly influence students＇studies and lives. By analyzing the adaptability offreshman and some referring factors including individual features and external environmental features, we will draw a clear pic-ture about adaptive situation. However, the affect of household account nature and family structure is not so significant. For im-proving the adaptability of freshmen, colleges can improve the entrance education and economic support policies for students inneed.
