青海高校科学道德和学风建设情况调研

高校是培养人才和科技工作者的摇篮,文章在对青海省高校科学道德和学风建设情况进行调研的基础上,对探索在实践层面解决青海高校当前科学道德和学风建设中存在问题的路径方法进行了有益尝试,并就如何培育适应青海科技教育发展的科学道德和学风的有效路径提出了意见和建议,有助于推动青海科学事业的繁荣发展,为实现青海经济社会发展的战略目标和建设创新型国家提供重要支撑。

Colleges and universities are cradles of cultivating talents and technical workers. This paper explores practice solveQinghai University current scientific ethics and t existening problems in the constlaaction of study style on the basis of the inves-tigation of ethics and the construction of study style in Qinghai universities, and carried on the beneficial attempt on how to cul-tivate the adaptation of the effective path. It is helpful to the development of scientific ethics and style of science and technologyeducation in Qinghai province, to the promotion of the prosperity and development of science and technology there. It providesimportant support for the realization of Qinghai~ economic and social development of the strategic objectives and building inno-vative country.
