随着教育体制的深化改革以及素质教育的全面发展,社会对人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。目前如何创新人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,满足社会和企业对人才的需求,已经成为职业院校研究的重要课题。"警学结合、校警合作"作为"产学结合、校企合作"的延伸,是警察类职业院校教育中的重要内容。职业院校在培养人才的过程中,需要从行业的实际需求出发,紧密联系和依托相关的行业,对教育资源和教育环境加以重视,与行业共同制定人才培养的方案及目的,确保人才培养质量的提高,实现自身的长远发展。本文就对警学结合、校警合作人才培养模式进行深入分析和探讨。
