人才培养质量是衡量高职教育办学水平的最重要标准。高职教育如何适应产业发展需要,精准对接行业企业岗位需求,向社会输送高素质技能型专门人才,本文从人才培养质量的角度,分析研究广东建设职业技术学院教学质量的现状,思考探索提高教学质量的途径,从而提高学生的核心知识能力和满足岗位工作能力的需求,更好地服务区域社会经济的发展。

The quality of talent training is the most important standard to measure the level of running a vocational college.Higher vocational education how to adapt the needs of the development of the industry, how to precision docking industry de-mand for jobs, how to delivery of high quality skilled talents to the society , this article analyzes the present teaching quality sit-uation of Guangdong Construction Polytechnic from the perspective of talents training, tries to explore the methods to improvethe teaching quality, in order to improve the students＇core knowledge competence and meet the requirements for the job, and dothe better services to development of regional social economy.
