摘要
研究生德育绩效提升,事关德才兼备高层次人才的培养。需要对自觉德育意识培养、德育资源开发、德育过程建构、德育制度制定以及德育环境五个因素进行优化和提升。
The improvement of moral education performance for graduate students is the cultivation of high - level personnel ofboth ability and political integrity. We need to optimize and improve from five factors of training the moral consciousness, moraleducation resources construction, developing moral education system and the development of the moral education process to themoral education environment .
