实践证明,农业适度规模经营是我国发展现代农业、解决"三农"问题的必然选择。当前农业适度规模经营已进入快速推进的关键时期,应从建设土地流转市场、推动新型城镇化战略、完善农村社会保障体系、健全社会化服务体系、加强农村基础设施建设、优化农村生态环境等方面加快推进农业适度规模经营。

Farming on an optimum scale is a necessary way for developing Chinese modern agriculture and solving the problemsabout agriculture, rural areas and peasantry. To realize agriculture development on the moderate scale, this paper came up withsome policies including establishment and improvement of land circulation market, development of new -type urbanization, im-provement of the rural social security system and social service system and strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure.
