摘要
2015年年底,证监会发布了《首次公开发行股票并上市管理办法》、《首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市管理办法》及二者的修订说明,用以规范我国的IPO制度。虽然我国IPO市场监管随着法条的变化产生了重大的改革,但是现有的IPO制度依然有可改进的空间,因此,本文结合我国现状,在新政频频出台的背景下,提出完善我国IPO监管制度的措施。
At the end of year 2015,China Securities Regulatory Commission enacted laws ,including IPO and listing manage-ment approach, IPO and listing management approach in the second - board market and notes for the revision of those two ap-proaches. It is to regulate China＇ IPO rules. Though China＇ IPO market supervision system has already been changed and mademajor reform efforts in accordance with the laws. There is still room for improvement. This paper discusses, combing with China new situation, the measures of how to improve the system of China~ IPO regulatory measures.
