数控技术专业人才培养模式的改革与实践

The Reform and Practice of the Talents Training Mode of Numerical Control Technology Specialty

数控技术专业的最终目的在于培养学生实践能力,为社会提供数控加工行业所需人才。笔者认为,要想实现这一目标,就必须将理论和实践结合到一起,结合多种方法展开实训教学。在这样一种教学模式下,学生的理论基础不仅更加扎实、丰富,而且动手能力得到增强,符合当前教育改革要求,也符合社会对人才的需求。

The ultimate goal of NC technology specialty is to cultivate the students ability of practice and provide for social tal-ents in NC machining industry. The author believes that, in order to achieve this goal, we must combine theory and practice,combine with a variety of methods to start the training teaching. Under such a kind of teaching model, theoretical basis forstudents is not only more solid, rich, and hands - on ability is enhanced. It meets the need of education reform and is also inline with the needs of the society for talents.
