摘要 本文在分析当前农村幼儿教师专业发展需求的基础上,深入探讨了基于互联网的农村学前教育师资能力提升平台的构建及实践可行性。通过创新师资培训模式,引进专业指导力量和高科技信息化手段,积极针对农村幼儿教师的专业需求开展服务,为推动区域学前教育保教队伍的专业化建设,促进地方学前教育的均衡发展发挥作用。 This paper in the analysis on the basis of the rural preschool teachers'professional development needs. The paperdeeply discusses the construction based on the Internet of rural preschool teachers" ability to enhance the platform of feasibilityand practice.
