摘要
门径管理理论是一种被广泛应用的研发流程管理理论,自1988年由加拿大麦克马斯特学院的R.G Cooper博士提出以来,现已被国内外很多顶尖的企业运用。然而面对着日益增加的竞争压力,产品技术更迭的加快,全球竞争的加剧,以及更小的预见性,各大公司不得不降低研发周期,降低成本,同时还要提高研发的成功率,这些都给传统的Gate model提出了新的挑战,需要改进该理论,使得它更有自适应性和灵活性,去处理更多的具有创新性和动态性的项目。文章提出了更加准确和详细的定义及控制手段,并且根据现在市场环境,提出了几种新的Gate model,以适应不同的应用环境,以期更好的适应高速变化的市场需求和研发流程,从而提高新产品和新技术的研发效率和成功率。
Gate model is also known as Stage Gate system. It is a theory of the development process management has been widely used since 1988 by Dr. RG Cooper McMaster Institute of Canada proposed, has been abroad many top companies use, most of the world's top 500 enterprises introduced Gate model to the company's new product or new technology development, but the face of increasing competitive pressure, companies have to reduce development cycle time, reduce cost, but also improve the success rate of research and development. In addition, the accelerated change of product technology, global competition, as well as less predictable, gave the traditional Gate model new challenges, we need to study and improve the theory, making it more adaptive and flexible, to handle more innovative or dynamic projects. The article put forward a more precise and detailed definition and control means, and under the current market environment, proposed several new Gate model, in order to adapt to different environments, rapid changes market demand and development process, thereby improving efficiency and success rate of research and development of new products and new technologies.
