基于韧性特征的居住区规划设计探讨

高速经济化和城市化进程中,21世纪的城市承受着日益严峻的自然风险与人为灾难干扰。面对干扰带来的危害,"韧性"成为当今城市至关重要的属性。居住区作为城市占地最大的组成部分,是城市风险治理的重要单元。通过对从城市总体水平到居住区水平上对韧性定义、特征及表现的研究,构建居住区韧性模型,并通过分析具有韧性特征的典型社区案例,提出基于韧性特征的居住区规划设计4项原则以及具体的建议和策略,从而通过由小见大的视角探索韧性城市自下而上的建设途径。

In the process of high speed economy and urbanization, cities in the 21st Century are under threat of increasingly severe natural risks and human disasters. In the face of the damage in environmental and social structure, the ＂resilience＂ has become an important attribute of a city. As the largest part of the city, residential area is an important part of urban risk management. Through the study of the definition, characteristics and performance of resilience from the overall level of city to the level of residential area, construct residential area resilience mode. By analyzing typical cases of resilient communities, propose four residential area planning and design principles, as well as concrete suggestions and strategies based on resilience, so that the bottom-up construction way of resilient city can be explored from a small view angle.
