摘要
文章从上海某名人旧居的建筑类型入手,根据修缮与保护的原则,针对其构件及组成部分的危险性鉴定,提出保护性修缮方案。
According to the principle of renovation and protection, the paper analyses the architectural typology of a celebrity＇s old house in Shanghai and puts forward the protective repair plan on the basis of the hazard identification of its structural members and components.
