摘要
文章在整理收集南京市高新技术企业专业技术人员1 007份调查问卷的基础上,考察了不同性别、年龄段、最高学历、工作年限和职称情况的专业技术人员的激励因素感受度的差异,差异化定制了企业专业技术人员的激励方案。
This paper collects 1 007 questionnaires from professionals of high-tech enterprises in Nanjing. It customizes the differentiated incentive scheme for professionals of high-tech enterprise on the basis on incentive factors covered gender, age, highest education, work experience and professional certificates.
