创业型大学青年教师工作满意度研究

Research on job satisfaction of young teachers in entrepreneurial university

自从20世纪末创业型大学概念提出以来,我国越来越多的高校提出建设创业型大学战略目标,创业型大学作为高等教育的一种办学形式,已受到相当广泛的重视。而创业型大学建设能否成功,一定程度上受到青年教师工作满意度的影响。文章通过调查分析找出创业型大学青年教师工作满意度的影响因素,根据影响因素提出了提升创业型大学青年教师工作满意度的对策。

Since the the concept of entrepreneurial university was put forward at the end of 20th century, in our country, more and more colleges and universities have set the strategic objectives of the entrepreneurial university construction. Entrepreneurial university, as a form of running the higher education, has received considerable attention. The success of entrepreneurial university construction, to a certain extent, is influenced by the job satisfaction of young teachers. This paper investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of job satisfaction of young college teachers, and puts forward the measures to improve the iob satisfaction of young college teachers.
