摘要
本文针对温控系统的工业应用需求,分析了温度监控系统的基本组成,探讨了温控系统程序编写及功能设置的基本原则,并搭建了基于LabVIEW的多通道温度监控系统。通过对比相关参数,分析了现有测温模块的性能特点。结合某型加热炉的生产过程,对基于不同测温模块的温控系统进行系统测试,测试结果证明了温控系统程序的正确性,测试结果的准确性及监控方案的有效性。
This paper aims to design a Multi-channel Temperature Monitoring System to satisfy the variable needs of industry.The structure, composition and functions of temprature monitoring system were discussed individually, and a new and practical temperature monitoring system was designed with LabVIEW. In additional, the comprehensive property of existing temperature measurement modules was got by comparasion of their parameters. Combined with the heating process of one furnace, the temperature monitoring systems based on different temperature measurement modules was tested and compared.The test results proved the correctness of temperature monitoring program based on Labview and the effectiveness in this temperature monitoring plan.
