摘要
光纤陀螺用掺铒光纤光源利用掺杂光纤在激光泵浦下产生超荧光,它具有输出功率高,谱线宽,时间相干度低,温度稳定性好,寿命长等优点,是高精度光纤陀螺的理想光源。文中针对光纤陀螺用掺铒光纤光源无失效数据可靠性分析问题,在分析其失效模式的基础上,选择威布尔分布作为其寿命分布模型,利用贝叶斯理论估计无失效数据下各检测时刻的失效率,进而对模型参数进行估计得到掺铒光纤光源可靠性指标。该方法中贝叶斯估计结合经验信息大大减小了试验样本数,且克服了传统可靠性评估方法依赖失效数据的缺点,在工程应用上具有很高的价值。
