喜炎平注射液儿科住院患者临床应用分析

Investigation of clinical application of Xiyanping injection in pediatric inpatients

目的:对喜炎平注射液上市后儿科临床应用情况进行综合评价,为规范和指导临床合理用药、加强儿童用药监护提供依据。方法:采用医院集中监测的方法,选取某院儿科2014年1月-2014年12月入院并使用喜炎平注射液的住院患儿为研究对象,记录患儿的基本情况、药品使用和不良反应发生情况,并进行数据统计分析。结果:共观察病例248份,超过半数患儿处于婴幼儿期。所有使用喜炎平注射液的患儿中,给药途径选择、溶媒种类选择、未同瓶混用药品情况较好,均为100%合理。86.69%符合用药目的;22.98%的患儿用药时间过长;雾化给药方式占41.94%;用药剂量不足或过大分别占16.53%、6.85%;溶媒剂量不足的占27.42%。结论:该院儿科喜炎平注射剂临床使用总体较为规范,该注射剂在该院使用相对安全。针对临床不合理用药现象,应加强其使用的规范化管理,保障儿童用药安全。建议生产厂家开展该注射液雾化给药的有效性和安全性评价,规范儿童雾化吸入给药的剂量和频次。

OBJECTIVE To assess clinical use of Xiyanping injection in pediatric inpatients and occurrence of adverse reactions,and provide a reference for rational drug use in clinical institute.METHODS Based on hospital central monitoring method,clinical data of Xiyanping injection in pediatric inpatients in our hospital in 2014 were tracked and analyzed.RESULTS A total of 248 inpatients were enrolled in this study.In practice,it was reasonable for routes of administration,choices of vehicle,and the injection was not mixed with other drugs.Of all drug use,86.69%satisfied medication purpose,22.98%showed too long medication;dose of drug less or more than limits prescribed by instructions for drug use accounted for 16.53% and2.42%,respectively;dose of vehicle less than limit accounted for 27.42%.CONCLUSION Irrational use of Xiyanping injection still exists in pediatric clinics.Rational use of the drug should be strengthened and regulated to ensure medication safety in children.
