可变字段在药学信息管理系统中的创新性应用

Innovative application of variable fields in pharmaceutical information management system

摘要 目的:为了适应药学信息管理系统中,如药品药理属性的多重设置、药品曾用名的定义、药品多重包装的定义等等特殊需求,对普通二维表进行改造,使其具有多维度属性。方法:对可变字段重新定义,创新性的使用结构化的理念,采用类似字符串储存方式来代替普通字符储存。结果:普通的二维数据表经改造后,可以多出一些维度。结论:采用新型字段定义后,普通二维表具有多维度属性,能够实现药学信息管理系统中一些以前无法做到的功能,如电子处方的自动审核及针对某一药品不同药理属性进行精确地统计等等。 OBJECTIVE In order to meet some special needs of the pharmacy information management system,such as the multiple setting of the medicinal properties,the definition of drug used name,the definition of multiple drug packaging and so on,I transform general two-dimensional table,so it has multidimensional properties.METHODS Structured concept is used innovatively to redefine the variable field,and adopting the similar string storage modes to replace the common string storage.RESULTS After transformation of the General two-dimensional table,it can produce some dimension.CONCLUSIONThrough new defined fields and Two-dimensional tables with multidimensional properties,pharmacy information management system can accomplish some functions that were not possible before,such as the automatic verification of the electronic prescription,and accurate statistics for different medicinal properties of a drug and so on.
