With the development of the ages, the public's demand for practical and aesthetic requirements is gradually increased, people need both knowledge and sense of beauty. Five sensations of material from Kenya Hara advocates that in the design we should mobilize the reader sight, touch, smell, hearing and taste. The books design should be multi-dimensional, so that readers can get a more rich and subtle reading experience. In this paper, we take the theory of "five senses" as starting point, combining senses of taste, hearing, smell, touch and vision to bring the different experience to the readers. Taking the Nagano Olympics program as an example, we can analyze the role and significance of the theory.
