摘要
本研究呈现了对非英语专业大学生外语学习焦虑情况的实证研究结果。研究表明,来自不同学校的学生、男生和女生、文科生和理科生在外语焦虑程度上存在显著差异。研究采用调查问卷法,回收400多份有效问卷,并对部分参与问卷调查的学生进行了访谈。最后,笔者结合对研究对象的访谈,从学校环境、性别差异和学科特点方面对研究结果进行了讨论。希望本研究能够帮助外语教师更全面深入地了解大学生外语学习焦虑的现状,从而能够在教学实践中能采取有效措施减轻其负面影响。
This study presents the empirical research on foreign language learning anxiety of non-English university students. The research shows that there are significant differences between students, male or female, liberal arts or sciences, from different universities, in the degree of foreign language learning anxiety. Questionnaire survey was used in the research, and over 400 ef-fective questionnaires were collected, and then some students in-volving in the survey were interviewed. Finally, combined with the interviews, the writer discusses the result from campus envi-ronment, gender difference and discipline characteristics. The writer hopes to help foreign language teachers keep track of the current situation of university students' foreign language learning anxiety more comprehensively through the research, so as to take effective measures to reduce its negative influence in teaching practice.
