学员队内控文化是部队文化建设的重要内容,构建学员队内控文化建设体系,对推动基层学员队建设发展具有重要的意义。本文以消防指挥系学员四队内控文化体系建设为例,积极探讨构建学员队内控文化的方法和途径,为加强基层学员队建设管理提供参考。

Internal culture is an important content of the army culture for students, so the construction of an internal culture system for students is of great significance for promoting the construction and development of grassroots students＇ teams. Exemplified by the internal culture construction of the fourth team of the firefighting department, this paper actively explores the ways of internal culture construction for students, aiming to provide a reference for enhancing grassroots students＇ team construction.
