乌鲁木齐县中小学教师置换脱产研修实效性研究

Research on the Effectiveness of Replacement Full-time Training on Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Urumqi County

教师置换脱产和师范生顶岗实习一体化培训模式是农村中小学教师培训的新模式。它能切实解决农村教师队伍数量不足、质量不高这一长期制约农村基础教育发展的根本问题。新疆师范大学和乌鲁木齐县教育局联合实施的教师置换脱产和师范生顶岗实习一体化培训模式,在取得一定成绩和发现存在问题的基础上,对培训对象和时间、培训内容与形式、培训指导教师队伍的构成、培训的组织领导等进行了分析,并提出了相关思考与建议。

The integrated training model based on teachers＇ replacement full-time training and normal university students＇ post practice is a new model for the training on primary and secondary school teachers. It can settle the core problem that has been restricting rural basic education development for a long period of time, namely, a lack of teachers and poor qualities of teachers. Xinjiang Normal University and Urumqi County Bureau of Education have made joint efforts in implementing the integrated model. Based on the results achieved, this paper proposes some suggestions to improve it.
