摘要
高师院校职前英语教师教育需培养师范生积极的职业态度,促进其英语学科教学知识与技能的发展。目前职前英语教师教育存在师范生职业态度模糊、教师教育课程分量不足,英语教学法课程层次不清、英语学科专业课教学游离于教师教育目标之外等问题。为此,高师院校职前英语教师教育,要强化职业认知教育,建构"全阶段"和"分层次"的教师教育课程体系,将英语学科专业课程教学与教师教育有机融合。
The pre-service education for English teachers in normal colleges and universities should cultivate their positive professional attitude, promote the development of knowledge and skills for English teaching. Currently, there are some problems in the pre-service education for English teachers, such as normal university students' ambiguous professional attitude, insufficient courses for teacher education, lacking unity and coherence in English methodology course, the disharmony between the teaching of English professional courses and teachers' educational objectives. To this end, we should enhance professional cognition education, construct "whole-stage" and "hierarchical" teacher education courses, and organically integrate the teaching of English professional courses with teacher education.
