浅谈教师如何变传统的“二传手”为“一传”

A Brief Discussion on How Teachers Change the Traditional "Tosser" to be "Pass"

从古至今,在学生的学习中,教师一直起着主导甚至是决定性的作用,影响着学生的身心健康的发展。但是随着教育改革及社会各方面的发展,我们开始发现总是在考分下培养出来的孩子越来越不适应社会的发展,孩子们的成长越来越偏离"正道"。本文立足于教师在教学过程中的作用,根据国家教育改革的相关举措,通过分析用什么传,传什么,怎样传来实现把传统的"二传手"教师变为"一传"以至于使教师与学生在教育路上一起发展成长。

Throughout history, teachers always play a dominant and even decisive role in students＇ learning, exerting an influence on students＇ physical and psychological development. But with education reform and the development of all social sectors, people have realized that children with high academic scores are increasingly unable to adapt to social development. Based on teachers＇ role in teaching and the relevant measures of national education reform, this paper discusses how teachers change the traditional ＂tosser＂ to be ＂pass＂ and how to realize the mutual development of teachers and students.
