Mechanic college students are curious and active, so the traditional ways of teaching are bound to weaken their interest in English learning. This thesis will make a discussion about applying games in English teaching to raise students＇ learning interest and to create a harmonious atmosphere of teaching. What＇s more, the author gave some practical suggestions of applying games in language teaching, in order to let English classroom active and to make students happy to learn.
