摘要
德育工作不是一朝一夕的工作,是学校教育的灵魂,它是一项长期而又艰巨的事业。它需要教师做到三心:责任心、细心和耐心。而教师的工作态度、教育教学艺术水平、教育组织管理方法和能力直接影响班级建设和学生的成长。本文阐述了如何在教育教学中活用课程资源,巧用教学技术,善用情感表达等三个方面渗透德育思想,培养学生良好的道德品质,从而促进学生在良好的环境中健康全面地发展。
As the soul of school education, moral education is a long-term and arduous project. It needs teachers' responsibility, carefulness and patience. Teachers' attitudes toward work, art of education and teaching, and methods and abilities of education organization and management directly influence class construction and students' growth. This paper elaborates how to infiltrate moral education thoughts into education and teaching by flexibly using curriculum resources, teaching techniques and emotional expression. The aim is to cultivate students' good moral qualities and promote their healthy and comprehensive development in a good environment.
