摘要
文章介绍了笔者以省重点小学和市重点小学为主要核心地点展开见习以及实习学习期间,发现小学科学教师在组织教学过程中,教师面向学生开展的教学方法、教学手段以及教学实验的不同,对学生产生了不同层面的影响,经调查,确定其产生影响的主要原因是教师的"专业性与非专业性"因素所导致的,最后笔者提出针对于教育行业,应提高教师的专业性培养的建议。
During the writers' practice in provincial key primary schools and municipal key primary schools, it is found that primary science teachers have different teaching methods, means and experiments in teaching organizations, and the difference has exerted influence on students at different levels. After investigations, we found the main cause of the influence is teachers "professionalism" and "non-professionalism". Therefore, we put forward that teachers' professionalism should be improved.
