Experimental university evaluation, which is conducted with Korean government as the dominating role and entire universities as objects, is modern university evaluation system and an important link in the Korean university reform. It takes the lead in the policies of Korean university evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to study the subject of evaluation, evaluation procedures and standards, and analyze the institutional factors of evaluation process.
