摘要
废旧沥青混合料(RAP)的再生利用一方面体现了资源的循环利用,节省大量成本;另一方面也避免了废料堆积造成的土地占用和环境污染。结合2014年广州107国道养护维修工程试验段,通过室内试验探究100%RAP的再生应用可行性。研究结果表明,RK高模量改性剂对于提高再生沥青混合料耐高温性能和抗水损坏性能方面有明显效果,100%RAP的RK高模量再生沥青混合料性能满足普通沥青道路的使用要求。
The recycling of reclaimed asphalt pavement ( RAP) reflects the recycling of resources and the save of cost on one hand; on the other hand, it can avoid the waste caused by the accumulation of land occupation and environment pollution. Combining maintenance test section of No. 107 State Highway in Guangzhou in 2014, the application feasibility of recycling with 100% RAP has been explored by means of laboratory tests. The results have shown that the RK high modulus modifier has obvious effect in improving the regeneration of asphalt mixture s high temperature performance and water resistance performance. The RK high modulus recycled asphalt mix-ture performance of 100% RAP could meet the using demand of the general asphalt road.
