整体式重型异形钢索塔吊装吊具设计与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 港珠澳大桥江海直达船航道桥为中央单索面三塔钢箱梁斜拉桥,主塔为全钢结构,除与承台连接的Z0节段外,其余节段整体制造安装,整体段钢索塔高度达106m,自重达3 000t。安装过程需实现塔身由水平姿态向竖直姿态的转体,为此设计了箱梁型悬臂销轴式结构吊具,经各工况仿真分析结果可知,吊具整体受力合理,满足刚度、强度及稳定性要求。工程实践表明:箱梁型悬臂销轴式结构吊具能满足整体段钢塔竖转施工要求,安装及拆除过程顺利。 The Jianghai Channel Bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a three-tower cable-stayed bridge with steel cable tower. The cable tower is in all-steel structure design, which is fabricated and assembled as a u-nity in factory before being transported by a barge to the site for erection. The height of the assembled unity of steel cable tower is 106m, and its weight is about 3000t. To rotate the steel tower from horizontal to vert ical , the Full Rotation Cantilever Pin Roll Lifting Device is designed. Simulation results show that the whole stress of the crane is reasonable, could satisfy the requirements of stiffness, strength and stability. Engineering practice shows that the Full Rotation Cantilever Pin Roll Lifting Device could satisfy the construction requirements of the steel tower from horizontal to vertical, installation and dismantle process smoothly.
