中日中小学体育教师专业化发展研究 被引量:2

摘要 日本早期通过对学校体育进行改革,在二战后逐步形成了具有自己特色的符合国情的中小学体育教师培养模式。本文通过分析日本中小学体育教师的培养方式以及我国中小学体育教师专业化发展中存在的问题,提出我国应健全中小学体育教师培训制度、制定相关的法律制法规、健全教师资格认证制度等一系列建议。 Japan's early adoption of the school sports reform, after World War II, gradually formed with its own characteristics in line with the national conditions of primary and secondary school physical education teacher training mode. In this paper, through the analysis of Japanese primary and secondary school physical education teachers training methods and problems existing in the professional development in our country, it puts forward that our country should improve primary and secondary school physical education teacher training system, and formulate relevant laws and regulations, perfect teacher qualification authentication system and so on.
