26例乳腺硬化性腺病的超声特征分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析乳腺硬化性腺病的超声表现特征,并探讨超声诊断乳腺硬化性腺病的临床价值.方法对2013年5月至2016年5月期间在我院接受诊治的26例硬化性腺病患者作为研究对象,通过对患者临床诊断资料的回顾性分析探讨乳腺硬化性腺病的超声特征并分析诊断准确率.结果（1）肿块多呈边缘清晰的圆形或椭圆形,（2）肿块直径多小于3cm,（3）肿块后方可有轻度增强,（4）肿块多呈平行位生长,（5）病灶血流不丰富.结论乳腺硬化性腺病的超声表现复杂,具有特异的声像图特征较少,诊断准确率较低,有必要可以配合其他影像学诊断方法,并要求超声检查医师不断提高对乳腺硬化性腺病的认识.
