解脲脲原体(UU)感染于早产儿肺损伤的关系

摘要 目的探究解脲脲原体(UU)感染于早产儿肺损伤的关系.方法以我院2014年10月至2015年10月收治的早产儿294例为研究对象,采集体液样本,以荧光定量PCR技术检测UU核酸.以UU检测阳性早产儿68例为观察组,同期选取68例阴性为对照组.对比分析两组早产儿胎膜早破、血气情况、胸片正常时间、氧疗情况、机械通气、BPD情况.结果两组患儿胎膜早破(52.9%对38.2%)、血气异常(45.6%对29.4%)、胸片正常所需时间(11.1±7.4d对5.4±4.6)、需氧疗(60.3%对35.3%)、机械通气(32.3%对11.8%),两组情况比较差异显著(P〈0.05),有统计学意义,而BPD发生率,两组比较无明显差异(P〉0.05),无统计学意义.结论UU感染为早产儿肺损伤相关因素,增加新生儿护理难度,降低新生儿的生存质量,增加治疗费用.及早防治UU感染有重要的临床意义.
