佘贻泽与江应樑的土司制度研究

佘贻泽和江应樑对土司制度的研究包括以下几方面:1.土司制度的历史渊源;2.土司制度存在的必要条件和思想根源;3.改土归流;4.云南边疆地区土司制度长期存在原因以及土司的"内""外"区分。他们的这些研究被学界誉为标杆性的。当然,由于时代局限性,其研究也有不足之处,如所用史料基本限于正史、对地方志及档案等利用不足。不过瑕不掩瑜,我们仍然有理由认为他们的研究工作是具有开创性的。

The research on the system of Tusi by She yize and Jiang yingliang includes several aspects such as the history,the necessary requirements and ideological thoughts,bureaucratization of the native officers and the causes of its existence and even classification. These researches are regarded as the academic milestone.However,some deficiencies are found in the research because of times limita-tion like limited studies for the chorography and local achives.Nevertheless,the research is still thought to be creative.
