共情护理模式在精神分裂症患者治疗中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of empathy nursing mode in treatment of patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨共情护理模式在精神分裂症患者治疗中的效果。方法将200例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组给予共情护理,对照组给予传统护理。比较2组患者SDS评分、TAS-20评分、NOSIE-30评分及家属对护理满意度。结果护理后,2组患者SDS评分显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的TAS-20评分各项及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组NOSIE-30的总分及总积极因素得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属的护理满意度为90.0%,显著高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05)。结论共情护理模式能显著提高护理质量,改善精神分裂症患者的抑郁等不良情绪,促进护患关系的改善,提高患者家属的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing mode on treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 200 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The observation group was conducted with empathy nursing, while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing. Inde- xes such as SDS score, TAS-20 score and NOSIE-30 score and satisfactory degree of patients＇family members toward nursing were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the SDS score in both groups decreased significantly, and that in the observation groupwas significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Total TAS-20 score and score of each item in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After nursing, the total NOSIE- 30 score and total score of positive factors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Satisfactory degree of patients＇family members toward nursing in the observation group was 90.0% , which was significantly higher than 65.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Empathy nursing mode can significantly improve the quality of nursing, allevi- ate the adverse emotions as depression, promote the nurses-patients relationship and increase the satisfactory degree of patients＇family members toward nursing, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
