TIME-H原则在慢性下肢静脉溃疡整体护理中的应用

Application of TIME-H principles in holistic nursing for patients with chronic venous ulcers in lower limbs

目的观察TIME-H原则在慢性下肢静脉溃疡整体护理中的应用效果。方法将62例下肢静脉溃疡患者随机分成2组,对照组使用常规伤口护理方法,观察组在常规伤口护理的基础上实施"TIME-H"干预下的整体护理。结果观察组伤口治愈总体有效率为96.77%,显著高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率为98.60%,显著高于对照组的90.50%(P<0.05);观察组患者创面愈合时间、换药次数、渗液天数均较对照组显著缩短或减少(P<0.05);观察组实施TIME-H原则方案后平均评估分值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论将TIME-H原则应用在下肢静脉溃疡的整体护理中,为伤口护理提供了全面性、框架式的指南,可对患者提供更为科学、人性化的优质护理。

Objective To investigate application effects of TIME-H principles in holistic nursing of patients with chronic venous ulcers in lower limbs. Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic venous ulcers in lower limbs were randomly divided into control group using conventional wound care and observation group receiving TIME-H principles holistic nursing on the basis of the conventional wound care. Results The overall effective rate of wound healing in the observation group was 96.77% , which was significantly higher than 77.42% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group were 98.60%, which was higher than 90.50% in the control （P 〈 0.05 ）. Healing time, number of dressing changes, exudate days in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After implementation of TIME- H program, assessment scores in the observation group were decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion TIME-H principle in holistic nursing comprehensively guides wound care and provides scientific and humanistic nursing for patients with chronic venous ulcers in lower limbs.
